Digital Transformation Consulting

Rethink a workflow from end to end.

We examine how work happens today, including the tools in use, data entry, approvals and handoffs between teams. We make repeated work, delays and disconnected information flows visible.

The aim is to build a structure that makes work clearer, traceable and manageable. Technology decisions are introduced where that structure calls for them.

What we deliver

When a process changes, screens and responsibilities follow.

Clarify the starting point

We bring existing tools, data sources, responsibilities and critical dependencies into one framework. We clarify which structures should be kept and which areas should take priority in the transformation.

  • Current process map
  • Improvement opportunities

Design the target structure

We define how processes, responsibilities and systems will work together in the new structure. We reduce unnecessary steps and make decision-making and information flows clearer.

  • Target workflow
  • Roles and system relationships

Start the change in a controlled way

We introduce the new structure in a priority area first and assess it through actual use. Feedback, training needs and transition steps are included in the implementation plan.

  • Pilot scope
  • Transition and adoption plan

The work in context

One record, from the start of a process to its outcome.

A request should reach the right team as soon as it is created, with approvals, updates and the outcome kept on the same record. Transformation brings value by keeping information and responsibility connected throughout the process.

One source of information
The same information is not recreated in different files, messages and screens.
Clear ownership
Each step's owner, current status and pending action remain visible.

How we work together

Start with one process, then expand deliberately.

Deliverables and the working plan are defined around the needs of your project.

  1. Understand current operations

We assess the process, tools, data sources and team responsibilities together. We clarify repeated work, delays and the areas that should take priority in the transformation.

    OutputProcess and requirements map
  2. Design the target structure

We define how processes, roles, data and systems will work together in the new way of working. We also establish the criteria for evaluating the transformation's success at this stage.

  3. Validate through a pilot

We apply the new structure to a selected process with real users. We assess ease of use, operational impact and areas for improvement through concrete results.

    OutputPilot results and improvement plan
  4. Scale the approach

We incorporate lessons from the pilot into the new process and plan the rollout according to teams, systems and priorities. Training and the transition to everyday use are also part of this plan.

Engineering in the details

Transformation takes shape in everyday use.

People and ownership

We clarify ownership and decision authority alongside screen changes.

Data continuity

We plan how the new flow relates to existing records and systems.

An evaluable pilot

Measures such as lead time, repeated entry or waiting are selected for the pilot’s scope.

Common questions

Let's start with your questions.

Which process should we start with?

You do not need to transform everything at once. A process with visible impact, manageable scope and clear ownership is a good starting point. We assess data and system dependencies together to choose the most suitable area for the first pilot.

Must all existing software be replaced?

No. Digital transformation does not always mean removing existing systems. We can keep tools that perform their role well and address missing capabilities with new solutions or integrations.

How do teams adopt the new approach?

We involve users during design and the pilot. Training, feedback, role changes and transition steps are planned alongside the technical work.

How do we measure whether the transformation is successful?

We define success criteria before the project begins. We compare the current situation with the new structure using indicators such as completion time, repeated work, error rates, waiting, visibility and user adoption.

Does the whole transformation have to be completed in one project?

No. Breaking a large transformation into manageable parts is often more effective. Once an approach has been validated in one process, we can extend it to other areas in a controlled way based on the results.

How are existing data and systems included in the new structure?

We first clarify where data is held and which system is responsible for each process. Data migration, integration and access needs are planned alongside the target way of working.
